For its Commercial department in Luxembourg, UI efa is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager.
The Client Relationship Management team is focused on maintaining and developing long-term relationships with our key clients. As part of the team, client retention and client satisfaction will be your primary goal. You will nurture and grow the relationships by being in close contact with your clients and developing an understanding of their strategy as well as the associated business needs and by ensuring these are fulfilled.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with your clients
- Organise and lead strategic client reviews (gather information on and understand client's business: objectives, goals, challenges and opportunities)
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, coordinate service presentations and prepare service proposals
- Manage client profitability by developing pricing strategies, leading (re)negotiations and (re)pricing exercises as needed
- Act as point of escalation as needed
- Participate in industry events
Your profile:
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in the Client Relationship area in asset servicing with a strong sales focus, deep industry knowledge, strong network and relationships
- Perfect knowledge of the asset servicing ecosystem, preferably in private assets
- Client centric, efficient communicator, problem-solving attitude, entrepreneurial spirit
- Results-Driven
- Multilingual Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages, such as French, German, or any other European language, may also be beneficial.
