Transfer Agency – Reconciliations & Corporate Actions Officer

Fund Administration

Your responsibilities: 

  • Deal with the information received from Accounting department, Depositary banks and investors / distributors in order to reconcile transaction payments and operations,
  • Identify, analyze and find solutions in order to solve cash and securities exceptions / issues,
  • Answer requests from counterparties,
  • Prepare, keep up to date and file supporting documents.


Your profile: 

  • University degree in Economics or Finance (or equivalent),
  • Proven track record in the fund industry and/or experience in the transfer agency are an asset,
  • Knowledge in Multifonds TA is a strong asset,
  • Fluency in English and in French. German is a plus,
  • Excellent organisation skills, team spirit, curious minded, autonomous, flexibility and self-discipline.
