Windows System Administrator (m/f)

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Design, deploy and manage the Windows servers environment, ensuring stability, security, and performance
  • Manage and optimize VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter and virtual machines
  • Configure and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments, providing application and desktop virtualization services
  • Manage and support collaboration tools like MS Teams/Webex Manage and optimize O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD.
  • Automate system tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline workflows through PowerShell scripting
  • Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues and implement proactive measures.
  • Work closely with development, applications and other IT Infrastructure teams
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshoot system-related issues and solve them
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, operating procedures and troubleshooting guides
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Windows, VMware, Citrix, Webex, O365 and PowerShell.
  • You intervene in the datacentres when work is required on equipment
  • Participate in on-call duties

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator, with expertise in VMware, Citrix, Webex, O365, and PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools and MS O365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for task automation and system administration
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with teams and projects stakeholders.
