To draft agreements based upon approved UI efa templates and to record any derogation thereof;
To update UI efa template agreements when required and replicate the changes in all relevant agreements;
To participate to the corporate life of the company and its branches;
To provide legal advices, especially with regard to investment fund regulations;
To assist UI efa on corporate governance matters and procedures;
To advise the company on its duties and responsibilities;
To draft, review, negotiate any types of agreements in relation with administration services to investment funds (mainly in English and French);
To contribute to the legal and regulatory developments including new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…);
To be part of a small team of lawyers within UI efa;
Your profile
You hold a university degree in law (BAC+5);
You have 5 years’ experience or more in the investment funds' industry within a financial institution or a law firm;
You are fluent in French and in English, German will be considered as an advantage;
You are well organized, you combine the necessary attention to detail and are able to work within a team as well as autonomously;
You are flexible, polyvalent and able to work on various legal subjects;
You have excellent communication and writing skills.
