Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our IT Infrastructure Department, ensuring the definition, implementation, development of the IT technical infrastructure.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the organization's IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of hardware, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Collaborate with and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT Infrastructure strategies with business objectives and support overall organizational goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations for adoption to enhance IT infrastructure capabilities.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid project management skills, ensuring timely and successful completion of IT projects.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and emerging technologies.
- Very good English and German skills. French skills would be highly desirable.
