HR Business Partner

Human Resources department

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to managers on all HR topics, including internal mobility, career growth, training, feedback, salary reviews, and promotions
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to career development and transitions—while helping identify and grow talent
  • Meet with employees to offer career advice, support their development, and assist with any challenges they may face
  • Keep track of employee absences, new hires, and staff on internal mobility programs to ensure smooth integration and follow-up
  • Address complex or delicate people-related matters with professionalism and care
  • Help shape HR policies and use data and reports to support business decisions
  • Take part in HR projects and contribute to the daily operations of the HR team
  • Ensure all HR practices follow internal policies and legal regulations

Your skills and experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent certification) in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization
  • Service-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
