IT Security Administrator

Support

As part of a team, you will be in charge of the implementation and the maintenance of IT security solutions, participate in IT security risk assessments, and contribute improving overall IT security objectives of the company. In particular, as a technician, you will put in place and manage IT security-monitoring tools, automate and streamline security controls, assess specific security threats, manage and report on IT security incidents.
 

You will be required to:

  • Manage IT security on a day-to-day basis:
    • Administrate and maintain IT security solutions such as, but not limited to: Identity and Access Management solution, Privileged Access Management solution, SIEM solution, Database and file server monitoring solution, Vulnerability scanner, etc.
    • Perform controls and reviews to ensure and validate conformity with defined security standards and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Participate in projects:
    • Manage or participate in technical projects to improve IT security
    • Perform IT security assessments and recommendations related to technical and functional IT projects
  • Lead security investigations and coordinate the security incident management process
  • Keep up-to-date with technological developments and associated security risks, as well as new threats and associated preventive measures
  • Perform IT provider follow-ups and due diligence processes on security aspects in the context of IT outsourcing or cloud computing solutions, including when delegating specific IT Security aspects (Security Operations Centre)
  • Work in close collaboration with the network team for projects and enhancements of our security tools (firewalls, Network Access Control, URL filtering, email security, intrusion detection probes, secured information exchange tools, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the operational and technical teams for the maintenance and testing of the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Lead internal communication and awareness regarding IT security and risk mitigation.

 

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences
  • You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in the IT security field
  • You have a good knowledge of IT security infrastructures and tools (Firewalls, Proxies, IPS, etc.)
  • You have a good knowledge of security risk analysis methodologies
  • You have an excellent analytical ability and good writing skills
  • You have a sense of discipline, are methodical and have good interpersonal skills
  • You speak French and English fluently.
