Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan

To ensure our clients receive a consistent service in virtually any situation, EFA has implemented a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

This set up guarantees high availability of our IT environment and the relocation of our  staff  at our recovery site in the event of a major disaster at EFA’s headquarters.

Tests of the BCP and DRP procedures are organised regularly, in order to ensure the plan's effectiveness. Intermediary tests are performed to ensure high availability of services when new systems, programs and hardware are installed.
