EFA’s corporate services include: 

• Board Meetings -  preparation, organisation and follow-up

• Annual General Assembly and Extraordinary General Assembly - preparation, organisation and follow-up

• Official postal address for the company

• Official company documentation -  Safe-keeping & follow-up of changes

• Coordination of establishment -  EFA can also organise and co-ordinate legal work such as setting up vehicles

• Payments– EFA can organise payment of expenses and relevant taxes
