European Fund Administration S.A. (EFA) was incorporated as a limited company in Luxembourg in October 1996.

Regulator  
EFA S.A. is regulated by the Luxembourg Regulatory Authority (CSSF) as a “Professional of the Financial Sector” (PSF) for the following functions:

• Registrar
• Corporate domiciliary agent
• Customer communication agent
• Administrative agent in the financial sector
• Operator of primary computer systems in the financial sector
• Professional offering company set-up and management services
